Pearl A. Nashadka, 74, of 424 Water Street Extension, Johnsonburg, and formerly of Mefferts Run Road, Wilcox, died Friday evening, Sept. 30, 2011 at Elk Regional Health Center in St. Marys following a short illness.
She was born Feb. 5, 1937 in Ridgway, daughter of the late William and Harriett Wolfe Girts.
She married Walter A. Nashadka on Dec. 21, 1957, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 8, 1997.
She resided in Wilcox most of her life, but lived briefly in Buffalo, N.Y. and Johnsonburg.
John J. Caskey, 69, of 23 Garï¬eld St., Byrnedale, died on Friday, September 30, 2011 at Elk Regional Health Center in St. Marys following a lengthy illness.
He was born August 20, 1942 in St. Marys, a son of the late Joseph G. and Alice Wickett Caskey.
On September 25, 1966 in Queen of the World Church, he married Ruth Ann Young Caskey, who survives.
