RIDGWAY - A Johnsonburg man charged with using his home as a marijuana grow house pleaded not guilty in Elk County Monday to violations of The Drug Device and Cosmetics Act.

Edward H. Wilhelm, 87, of 1169 Windfall Road, St. Marys, died on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital in Erie following a brief illness.
He was born Jan. 19, 1926 in St. Marys, a son of the late Edward J. and Anna Breindel Wilhelm.
On Sept. 8, 1951 in Force, he married the late Frances "Babe" Canton Wilhelm, who preceded him in death on March 27, 2011.
Frederick J. Moore, 76, of 108 Madison Ave., Ridgway, died, Monday, Nov. 5, 2012.
He was born April 4, 1936, in Emporium, the son of the late Jay P. and Lula N. Chandler Moore. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Louise Shadd Moore.
Mr. Moore had been a Ridgway resident for 35 years and served in the U.S. Air Force in both the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War.
Mr. Moore had been employed at Country Fair, Erich Trucking, Pinecrest Manor, and Industrial Steel and Pipe. He enjoyed reading, fishing, and talking with his many friends.
Jeanne B. Lockwood, 61, of Horatio St. Ext., Punxsutawney, died on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 at the Punxsutawney Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born Feb. 12, 1951 in Ridgway, a daughter of the late Dillas and Kathryn Coffman Lockwood.
Jeanne was a graduate of Ridgway High School, Class of 1969.Â
She was a former employee of St. Marys Carbon Company.
