With the upcoming annual evaluation of City Manager Dave Greene in September, St. Marys City Council members at Monday's meeting voted to change the manager's evaluation policy by eliminating language which stated it must be used solely for determining the manager's salary.
Council member Bob Roberts said this is a result of the evaluation having never been used for its intended purpose of determining the amount of compensation the city manager receives, adding that the manager's rate of compensation has traditionally been the same as that paid to other non-union employees.
The Fox Township Supervisors expressed their disagreement with PennDOT's latest rule requiring municipalities apply for the Highway Occupancy Permits and accept responsibility for the maintenance of all requests to enclose surface stormwater facilities.
Roadmaster and supervisor Randy Gradizzi said this does not include driveway pipes along state roads.
The Fox Township Supervisors reviewed three bids for the township building's HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) system during their Wednesday evening meeting.
