Man charged with murder in death of 19-year-old Brookville woman

CLARION — Pennsylvania State Police have charged a 29-year-old man with the alleged murder of 19-year-old Devan Knapp, of Brookville.

Traffic study requested, parking meter repairs topic with City Council

Parking meter repairs and a traffic study were just two topics recently discussed by City Council.
A total of 77 meters is awaiting certification by a state inspector after they were sent to Pittsburgh for recalibration. At a cost of $35 per meter, the repairs totaled $2,695.

Ambulance services not merging
