Frank J. Milliard, Jr., 80, of 2488 Water Street Extension, Johnsonburg, died Friday morning, Feb. 15, 2013 at the Lutheran Home at Kane following a lengthy illness.
He was born Dec. 25, 1932 in Onondega, N.Y., son of the late Frank J. and Angeline Asti Milliard.
He married Joan Colosimo in 1957, and she preceded him in death on Aug. 8, 1988.
He resided in Johnsonburg since 1975 and had also lived in Riverside, Calif.
Nancy M. Dilullo, 89, of Dilullo Road in Penfield, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at DuBois Regional Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 18, 1923 in Tyler, the daughter of the late Frank and Carmella (Costantino) Reo.
On June 8, 1943 she married Nicholas F. Dilullo Sr., and he preceded her in death on Nov. 14, 2008.
 Nancy was a homemaker and lived all her life in the Tyler and Penfield areas. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and cleaning, taking pride in her home and taking care of her family.
Jerome J. Cavalline, 71, of 324 Ash St., St. Marys, died unexpectedly Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 at the Elk Regional Health Center.
He was born March 19, 1941 in Coal Hollow, son of the late Louis P. and Marie Malone Cavalline. On Sept. 26, 1986, in the Nazareth Lutheran Church in Wilcox, he married Julie A. Johnson, who survives.
He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of Kersey High School, Class of 1959. He was a former employee of the Stackpole Carbon Co., Speer Carbon, Elk Regional Health Center, and was also a former bus driver.
Dianna L. Blasik, 56, of North Michael St., St. Marys, died suddenly at home on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013.
She was born on Oct. 22, 1956 in St. Marys, daughter of the late Calvin and Dorothy (Whitsell) Merat.
On March 23, 1994 she married Robert J. Blasik, who survives.
She lived all her life in the Bennetts Valley and St. Marys areas. She was a homemaker and a very loving, considerate, thoughtful, and helpful wife, mother and grandmother.
The Elk County Catholic Lady Crusader basketball team advanced to the Allegheny Mountain League championship game by defeating Curwensville by a 58-31 score Friday night at the ECCHS gym.
Friday night the Elk County Catholic Crusaders made eight 3-pointers and advanced to the AML championship game with a 61-46 victory over Ridgway at Ridgway Area High School.

The St. Marys Servicemen’s Burial Detail banquet was held last Saturday at the Bavarian Hills.
The guest speaker at Saturday’s annual banquet of the St. Marys Servicemen’s Burial Detail was George R. Tufts, United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant (Ret.), who served during the Cuban Missile Crisis and in Vietnam and retired from the military in 1974.
Ludwig L. Bon Jr., 90, a resident of Elk Haven Nursing Home and formerly of 455 Wolfel Ave., St. Marys, died on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 at the nursing home following a lengthy illness.
He was born Nov. 8, 1922 in St. Marys, son of the late Ludwig and Josephine Kolenc Bon Sr.
On June 23, 1951, in the St. Mary's Church, he married Dorothy M. Breindel, who survives.
Mr. Bon was a resident of St. Marys and also lived in Treasure Lake from 1980-2000. He was a retired member of the Local #354 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union until he retired in 1988.
Bubba Bradley will be at Aiello's Cafe on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at 8 p.m. for a benefit dinner to support the local 4-H Programs. Bradley is a full-time comedian who has performed at many famous comedy clubs as well as on television networks like CBS, TBS and A&E.
