A rare blue moon will appearÂ tonight althoughÂ it is unlikely that it willÂ actually appear blue. The name applies to a second full moon inside a single calendar month. The last one was in August 2012 and the next will not occur until 2018. If it does appear blue, it is possible and has happened, it will be becauseÂ the light is being filtered through air borne particles.
After taking time to talk to young attendees at Michael Proudfit Night on Saturday evening at the St. Marys Community Pool, Santa joined them for a quick swim in the baby pool.

In an effort to improve and modernize the overall look of the newspaper, the Daily Press has unveiled a new header for the top of the paper to further enhance the overall experience for our readers.
"Over the next few months, you'll notice some changes to improve the look and experience of your newspaper," said Harlan J. Beagley, publisher. "We have a successful operation that we've worked really hard on and we want to complement that with new features that will benefit our subscribers.

inside a movie theatre in Lafayette, Louisiana.
