Cathie Bauer, Association Executive for the Elk-Cameron Board of Realtors and a broker for Anderson & Kime Realty Services, Inc., said numerous home buyers under 30 years old closed on houses this year.
Both area home sellers and buyers can benefit from the current real estate market and should begin making plans now, according to one broker and member of a local real estate board.
