Jesbergers receive Legion's Distinguished Service Award

David and Adam Jesberger were the recipients of the Distinguished Service Award at the St. Marys American Legion Post 103 Veterans Day banquet Friday evening.

None injured as fire destroys cab on tanker truck

NANSEN – No one was injured Friday morning when a fire destroyed the cab of a tanker truck on Route 66 near Nansen in Highland Township.
The tanker was loaded with 4,500 gallons of liquid wax, according to Bill Edinger, chief of the Highland Township Volunteer Fire Department.
