RIDGWAY - Ridgway Area High School Music Director Theresa Morley-Palmer is looking for residents to open up their hearts and their homes and volunteer to house two more students during the regional choir competition.
As a host family, volunteers would provide a place for students to sleep on March 7, 8 and 9, a shower, a breakfast and a ride to and from school at 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
According to Palmer, 160 students from 53 schools will be coming to Ridgway Area High School to audition for a chance to compete in the State Music Festival in Lancaster in April.
