Bush was the national Republican chairman; Governor Dick Thornburgh; Lt. Gov. Bill Scranton; Congressman Bill Clinger were all in attendance at the luncheon. Speakers for this luncheon were President Ford, Congressman Clinger and Joe Paterno.
