Curves on Friday was the setting for an all day-fundraising event in its second year as a Relay for Life participant. Owner Peggy Yeager bought the business just two years ago.
"I personally have lost family members and loved ones, I think we all have. I think cancer is a disease that touches each and every one of us," Yeager said.
An appointment to fill a vacancy within the Jay Township Water Authority had attendees of Thursday's meeting of the board of supervisors shaking their heads and accusing board members of violating their own policy concerning the application process.
