RIDGWAY - A Johnsonburg man charged with converting his home into an indoor marijuana grow operation after police confiscated 638 plants from the residence was on trial in Elk County Court Friday with his defense hinging on the claim that the marijuana was only for his own personal use and not for sale.
Upon review of proposed changes to the city's fee schedule, members of St. Marys City Council voted to table the item until further review of the fees.
