An extended back-and-forth involving the options, feasibility and expenses associated with proposed construction projects at South St. Marys Street Elementary School was part of Thursday's workshop meeting of the St. Marys Area School District Board of Directors.

Last year 54 percent of the water treated consisted of storm water and I and I, with 46 percent being sewage, while in 2011, 59 percent was storm water and 41 percent was sewage.
