RIDGWAY - A hearing held for a Johnsonburg man headed to trial on drug charges filed after police allegedly uncovered marijuana being grown at his home erupted in confrontation between law enforcement and members of the defendant's family as well as the defendant and his defense attorney in Elk County Court Monday.
Next month work on the extensive state Route 255 project is set to start in St. Marys, according to Dean Ball of PennDOT, who reviewed project details Monday evening at a St. Marys City Council meeting.
