Plea hearing set for S.M. accountant charged with embezzlement

ERIE – A St. Marys man charged with the theft of nearly a half-million dollars from the Elk County Humane Society as well as clients of his financial practice is now scheduled to accept a plea offer in an Erie Federal Courtroom later this month.

Houses demolished Wednesday morning
