In a climate of cash strapped school districts and ever increasing costs coupled with ever decreasing funding, the St. Marys Area School District has unveiled its 2013 budget which it touts as balanced and lacking in any program cuts or tax increase.
It was revealed money collected through the city's parking meters, fines and permits resulted in a revenue of $52,000.
