Mark S. Hutton

Mark S. Hutton, 51, of 69 Log Cabin Rd., Weedville, died unexpectedly early Tuesday morning, Oct. 5, 2010, at the Elk Regional Health Center in St. Marys.
He was born Oct. 9, 1958, in DuBois, son of George and Joan Kuchy Hutton of Byrnedale, who survive.
He was married to Diana Knutsen Hutton, who survives.

Rita M. Blackburn

Rita M. Blackburn, 75, of Victorville, CA, and formerly of St. Marys, died on Sept. 21, 2010, surrounded by her family at her home in Victorville following a lengthy illness.
She was born Jan. 19, 1935 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late George and Avis Peckham Goodreau.
On Aug. 17, 1966, in Reno, Nevada, she married the late Simon Blackburn, who preceded her in death in April 1994.

Dr. George Albert Rouse

Dr. George Albert Rouse, 85, of 1519 Hill St., Ridgway, died Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010, at DuBois Regional Medical Center. He was born Sept. 27, 1925, in Monongahela, son of the late George and Alma Tucker Rouse. In 1955, he married Joan Burglund, who survives. 
Dr. Rouse had lived in Ridgway for 45 years. He graduated from Monongahela High School, Class of 1942. He joined the U.S. Navy Air Corp in 1943 and served on the Randolph and Kearsarge aircraft carriers. He attended Pittsburgh University and graduated from the Pitt Dental School in 1953.

Dale Richard "Rich" Haizlett

Dale Richard "Rich" Haizlett, 73, of 113 Poplar Rd., died Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010 at Elk Regional Health Center following a lengthy illness.
He was born June 8, 1937 in Philadelphia, son of the late Ralph E. and Elnor M. Marsteller Haizlett.

Benedict G. "Ben" Huefner

Benedict G. "Ben" Huefner, 82, of 1515 Bucktail Rd., St. Marys, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010 at the Pinecrest Manor following a lengthy illness.
He was born May 3, 1928 in Clarion, son of the late George and Clara Huefner. He had resided in St. Marys for over 60 years and attended Clarion schools. He was a retired employee of Gerg Tool and Die, retiring in 2007 after 29 years of service.
On Dec. 27, 1950, in the Sacred Heart Church, he married Thalia "Mickie" Schatz, who survives. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
