Donna (Dean) Lerch
Donna (Dean) Lerch, 68, of Brockway, died on Wednesday, Oct, 30, 2010 following a lengthy illness.
She was born on March 29, 1942 in DuBois, the daughter of the late Donald and Ruth (Davis) Dean.

Rose Mary Dixon, 79, of 592 S. St. Marys St., St. Marys, died Friday evening, Oct. 29, 2010, at the home of her daughter, Janey Farish of York, following a brief illness.
She was born June 20, 1931, in St. Marys, daughter of the late Patrick and Genevieve Hanes Fleming.
On Oct. 9, 1954, in the Sacred Heart Church, she married Robert T. Dixon, who preceded her in death on Feb. 9, 2009.
Barbara A. Wantuck, 68, of 1280 Lockes Hill Rd., Wilcox, died early Saturday morning, Oct. 30, 2010, at Elk Regional Health Center, St. Marys, following a brief illness.
She was born Dec. 31, 1941, in Lawton, OK, daughter of the late Richard T. and Betty Decker Benson.
On Sept. 1, 1962, in Honolulu, HI, she married William Thomas Wantuck, who survives.

Dale E. "Homer" Reed, 58, of 64 Station Rd., Daguscahonda, died unexpectedly on Friday, Oct. 29, 2010 in Jones Township, Elk County.
He was born March 5, 1952 in Bradford, a son of the late Melvin and Viola Beck Reed.

Dale was a lifelong resident of the area. He graduated from SMAHS, Class of 1970, and worked for many years at Airco Carbon Company. He enjoyed motorcycles and spending time with his dog, Sam. He also enjoyed going to camp, hunting and fishing.
Frank H. Bryan, 78, of the Highland View Health Care, Brockway, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 at his residence.
He was born Jan. 26, 1932 in St. Marys, the son of George and Ana Filipovic Bryan. He married Elizabeth Moyer on Oct. 10, 1960, and she preceded him in death on Oct. 10, 2010.
Louise M. Servideo, 95, of Blue Ridge Christian Home, Bealeton, Va., died Wednesday evening, Oct. 27, 2010, following a lengthy illness.
She was born Sept. 29, 1915 in Pittsfield, Mass., daughter of the late Bruno and Rose Cattropa Tucci.
She married Joseph G. Servideo on Sept. 25, 1938. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1971. She later married Charles Blochberger in 1996, and he preceded her in death in 2003.
June Yetzer, 80, of 168 Queens Rd., died Thursday afternoon, Oct. 28, 2010 at Elk Regional Health Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born Aug. 10, 1930 in Montgomery, Ala., daughter of the late Anderson and Daisy Bodiford Hall. On July 13, 1963, in St. Marys, she married James Yetzer, who survives.

James E. “Jim” Howard, 71, of 17 Klondike Rd., Johnsonburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010 at his residence following a lengthy illness.
He was born Oct.11, 1939 in Olean, NY, son of the late Ralph E. and Julia M. Oviatt Howard.
He married Janet Pearl Sample on Aug. 23, 1958. She preceded him in death on Feb. 4, 1988. On March 15, 1991, he married Kathryn Allegretto Valentine, who survives.
Tristan Jace Burke, three months old, of Caledonia, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010 at home.
He was born Aug. 2, 2010 in DuBois, son of Stanley and Nicole (Decker) Burke II, who survive.
Merle C. Lecker, 94, of the Elk Haven Nursing Home and formerly of 537 E. Kaul Avenue, St. Marys, died on Tuesday evening, Oct. 26, 2010 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a brief illness.
He was born Sept. 5, 1916 in St. Marys, a son of the late Joseph and Anna Greitl Lecker.
On Sept. 11, 1942, he married the late Genevieve Shuttleworth Lecker, who preceded him in death on Dec. 8, 1992.
