Alan E. Prechtel, 52, of 131 Linwood Ave., St. Marys, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Elk Regional Health Center.
He was born on June 4, 1960 in St. Marys, a son of the late Richard and Ruby Galmish Prechtel.
Alan was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of SMAHS. He was employed at Elcam for more than 30 years. He was a member of the Kersey Eagles. He greatly enjoyed racing and helping his nephew Tommy with his race car. He also enjoyed riding 4-wheelers and spending time with his family.Â
