Union Knights hand Dutchmen 25-7 setback

October 22, 2011

RIMERSBURG - The Union Golden Knights handed the St. Marys Area Flying Dutchmen a 25-7 Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference setback last night at Rimersburg.
The Dutchmen found themselves down 19-0 at the half and were not able to get out of the hole in the second half.
“I give Union all the credit. They outplayed us in every facet. They were well-coached and well-prepared,” said St. Marys coach Joe Schlimm.
“We didn’t handle adversity early in the ball game. We had to play catch-up and we’re not very good at that game,” he added.
