The Elk County Catholic Lady Crusader basketball team improved to 3-0 on the season with a 46-37 victory over the Kane Lady Wolves in an AML game played at the ECCHS gym last night.
While Elk Catholic led at the end of every period, the Lady Wolves only trailed by one at the half, 19-18. In the second half, Elk Catholic outscored Kane by a 27-19 margin.
“I felt we played a very good second half,” said ECCHS coach Ken Pistner.
