The Elk County Catholic track and field teams swept the St. Marys Area squads Thursday in a meet held at the ECCHS track and field complex.
The Crusaders defeated the Dutchmen 86-64, while the Lady Crusaders downed the Lady Dutch 108-42.
In the boys’ meet, Elk Catholic was led by quadruple winners Dan Steudler and Jared Schaut. Steudler won the 400 dash, 800 run and was a member of the 1600 and 3200 relay teams. Schaut won the 200 dash, 300 hurdles, triple jump and was a member of the winning 1600 relay team.
