Seniors lead Lady Crusaders past Lady Beavers 43-19 on senior night

February 1, 2012

The Elk County Catholic Lady Crusaders picked up a 43-19 senior night victory over the visiting DuBois Area Lady Beavers on Wednesday evening at ECCHS.
Both teams started out slow in the first half, with ECC leading 7-6 at the end of the first period and 13-9 at the half.
"In the first half we shot 2-for-11 from the foul line and I think we were 4-for-20-something in the first half. You aren't going to put many points on the board shooting those percentages," said ECC coach Ken Pistner.
