The Elk County Catholic High School girls' and boys' cross country teams both took part in the Bradford Invitational on Saturday in Bradford.
The Lady Crusaders finished first out of four teams, ending the day with 35 points, while Bradford was second with 44 points.
The Ridgway Lady Elker soccer team captured the 14th annual Bucktail Tournament championship by defeating the Bradford Area Lady Owls by a 5-1 score Saturday afternoon at the SMAHS soccer field.
The two squads spent some time checking each other out before Bradford was able to get on the board with 15:55 left in the first half.
A little over a minute later the Lady Elkers tied the score at 1-1 as Kayli Methaney scored when the Bradford keeper came out and she got the ball past her into the net with 14:34 left in the first half.
