BERWICK â€“ The St. Marys Little League Softball senior league all stars punched their ticket to the state finals with a 3-2 victory over Bald Eagle Area in the 2013 Senior Division Softball State Championship Tournament hosted by Pa. District 13 Berwick Area Little League at Ber-Vaughn Park in Berwick on Sunday afternoon. St. Marys will play Plains for the state title today at 1 p.m.

The St. Marys Little League baseball senior league squad was unable to fend off a DuBois rally on Saturday afternoon at Berwind Park, losing the District 10 title game 8-6.
DuBois put together a nine-run fifth inning on Friday evening to force a final face-off with the St. Marys Little League baseball senior league squad to decide the District 10 title. St. Marys had taken an early lead in the game and, prior to that inning, the game was tied at 4-all.
