Punxsy had won that contest 5-2 and the Crusaders were hoping to avenge the loss, but in the end the Chucks once again prevailed, this time by a score of 4-1.

When the Gators pulled ahead again, the Dutchmen put in a good effort to try to force overtime in the final seconds, but the goal was disallowed due to interference with the goalie and the Gators took the 2-1 victory.
The Elk County Catholic Crusader golf team defeated the visiting Kane Wolves on Wednesday afternoon by a score of 194-258 in a match played at Leaning Pines Public Golf Course.
The Crusaders' team score was a season low for the squad.
