Elk Regional Health System’s “Keepsake Program” is again offering Christmas tree ornaments this year for purchase by area residents in memory of loved ones. This year's ornaments are angels in a variety of heights, left, and a very special cloisonné bell decorated with Swarovski crystals, right.
