RIDGWAY – The Ridgway Chainsaw Carvers Rendezvous, now in its 15th year, will run from Saturday, Feb. 22 to Saturday, March 1, and event organizers Liz and Rick Boni are anticipating its arrival.
"It's been an exciting thing for us and we're excited, first because it's 15 years but also since we were on Jeopardy! we've heard from a phenomenal amount of people, and our Facebook page has over 2 million hits now," Liz said. "Because of this, who knows how many people will really be coming to the Rendezvous this year? We have over 140 carvers signed up which is about par for the course and we're thankful to be able to do it downtown again.
