Afternoon accident in St. Marys

At approximately 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, emergency services personnel were called to respond to a traffic accident that occurred on Ford Road in St. Marys. The crash appeared to involve one vehicle striking a tree and at least one occupant was transported via ambulance for treatment.
Fox Twp. Ambulance, St. Marys City Police Department and Crystal Fire Department were among the responders.
No further information was available at press time.
