Arbutus L. Kear

Arbutus L. Kear, 84, of Redwood Avenue in Weedville, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at Christ the King Manor.
Born on Sept. 17, 1928 in Tyler, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Minnie (Lewis) Tesauro. On July 16, 1949, she married Arthur F. Kear, who survives.
She was a homemaker and attended Weedville Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Aid.
She is survived by her children, Arthur Kear Jr. (Kathy) of Conrad, Brenda J. Cardellino (Dave) of Cross Fork, Karen R. Aloi (Mark) of Weedville, and Louis Tesauro of St. Marys; a sister, Rosemary Fox of Caledonia; two brothers, Charles Tesauro of St. Marys and Michael Tesauro of Force; two grandchildren, Tonia Rio and Arthur F. Kear III; three great-grandchildren, Aubrean, Madelyne, and Gabriel; three step-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Arbutus L. Kear will be held on Friday, Nov. 2, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Weedville Methodist Church, with Pastor Lola Turnbull officiating.
There will be no public visitation.
