Arson defendant waives hearing in District Court Tuesday

ST. MARYS - A St. Marys man charged with arson and related offenses after allegedly setting fire to his father's home waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday before District Judge Mark Jacob.
Steven Ray Hulings, 25, of St. Marys, was in District Court Tuesday after being charged on Oct. 4 for a July 14 arson at the 137 Lynch Rd. home of his father and stepmother, who were away on an out-of-town camping trip at the time of the incident.
