ATF, PSP serve federal search warrant at Johnsonburg residence

RIDGWAY - The Ridgway-based Pennsylvania State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) executed a federal warrant on Wednesday morning, Sept. 26 at an East Avenue in Johnsonburg.Police said the joint law enforcement operation occurred as a result of information discovered during the arson investigations surrounding Francis Anthony Milliard.
The investigation continues.
