Bath salts found during traffic stop

St. Marys City Police found numerous controlled substances and several items of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Taft Road on June 24.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, police searched the car belonging to Nicole A. Chubbuck, 42, of 182 Sara Rd., and found a small amount of A-PVP (bath salts), five different prescription pills and a glass smoking pipe. Recovered from Chubbuck's purse were a digital scale, hypodermic needles and a plastic bag containing more bath salts.
