Berkheimer clarifies local tax collection changes

Elk County's new local Earned Income Tax (EIT) collector is working to clarify some confusion among Elk County residents about recent tax documents they may have received.
William Leonard, District Manager for Berkheimer Tax Administrator, Inc., said residents have been contacting the company about EIT returns sent by Berkheimer for the collection of the local EIT.
