Betty L. Scrimshaw

Betty L. Scrimshaw, 80, of 1056 Theresia Street Apt A., St. Marys, died on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Elk Regional Health Center following a brief illness.
She was born on Dec. 31, 1931 in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Hartson and Beatrice Kilduff Watson.
She was married to the late Robert Johnson and the late Wayne Scrimshaw.
Mrs. Scrimshaw attended the Emporium Free Methodist Church.  She enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with her family. 
She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen VanWhy of Greensburg and Pamela Torpey of St. Marys; two sons, Robert Johnson of Bradford and Wayne Scrimshaw of Sinnemahoning; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
A memorial service for Betty L. Scrimshaw will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no visitation.
Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151, N. Michael St., St. Marys, is handling the arrangements.
