Bridge Foundation, PCS host scholarship event

Elk County schools will benefit from the program, which offers businesses tax credits to support private and parochial schools with scholarship donations.

PUNXSUTAWNEY — Over $199,000 in scholarships was announced Wednesday at the Punxsutawney Christian School (PCS) as part of the state’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program. The Elk County Catholic School System in St. Marys and St. Boniface Elementary School in Kersey were among those schools who received funding at the event.
