Bylaws fail to silence comments at Authority meeting

JAY TWP. – Though the Jay Township Sewer Authority bylaws state that visitor comments are limited to three minutes per individual, some in attendance refused to be silenced at Wednesday night's meeting.
During visitor comments, Murray Lilley opened by asking about the EADS (Environmental Architecture and Design Services) Group inspecting bridges and said that he saw an unauthorized person working on the bridges.
Board member Chester Lundy said that he didn't know anything about that.
