The St. Marys Heritage Preservation Group has put a display in the storefront window of the building next to Stewart's Jewelers on South Michael Street. It features photos of laborers of the past, as well as items of the present that have helped make St. Marys the proud, self-sustaining, family-oriented community that it is today.
The St. Marys Heritage Preservation Group is a group of local residents who have come together to preserve and enhance the natural and architectural beauty of St. Marys and to also contribute to the overall pride in their (and our) town. The officers are: Darlene Lynch, chairperson; Monica Radkowski, co-chairperson; Susan Goetz, secretary; and Ray Beimel, treasurer.
