An organized community action group known as the Concerned Citizens of Kane is calling for Police Chief Brian Hillard to resign in the wake of criminal charges filed against him.
“He’s a disgrace to our community because of his actions,” Mick Petruney said Wednesday in explaining why the citizens’ group is asking Hillard to step down as police chief. “He should resign.”
