City planning to update human resource program

Nancy Hess of NJ Hess and Associates, based in Hummelstown, recently presented possible options the city may utilize in updating its human resource program.
In an effort to update the city's human resource program, Nancy Hess of Hummelstown-based NJ Hess and Associates presented a proposal to members of City Council recently detailing the development of the program.
