Commissioners present scholarships to area students

RIDGWAY – The Elk County Commissioners on Tuesday presented two $5,000 scholarships to area students preparing to attend college.
Kristin Dippold and Dalton Sheasley both received $5,000 scholarships. Dippold will be attending Bucknell University while Sheasley will be doing undergraduate studies at West Virginia University.
