KERSEY – Cool and rainy weather Thursday evening did not dissuade a number of youngsters from showing off their abilities in the annual talent show at the Elk County Fair.
A total of 12 acts performed in the roughly hour-long event, with participants being divided into three categories: ages nine and under, ages 10-15, and ages 16 and up. Each performer was given a four-minute time limit. No lip syncing or prerecorded vocals were allowed. Additionally, contestants had to be amateurs.
