Cupcake wars winners

Photo submitted - Fox Township Elementary School recently conducted a Cupcake War contest in conjunction with their fundraising activities for the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, an organization committed to raising money for childhood cancer research.

Fox Township Elementary School recently conducted a Cupcake War contest in conjunction with their fundraising activities for the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, an organization committed to raising money for childhood cancer research. As part of the contest students, parent and staff were encouraged to submit their homemade cupcakes, which were judged by Jill Fox, Debby Richards, and Melissa Lundin. The remaining cupcakes were sold as part of the school's drive-thru lemonade and cupcake sale held Tuesday afternoon. Cupcake War winners included Luke Anderson, first place; Levi Solada, second place; and Marlee Klaiber, third place. Shown in the photo from left to right are Luke, Marlee, and Levi.
