Dippold tends resignation as district manager

District manager Robert Dippold resigned from the Elk County Conservation District on Tuesday, Jan. 11 after working for the district for over 20 years.“Most of you know, I met with Bob [Dippold] to discuss some of those issues and the following week he tended his resignation,” said conservation district chairman Russ Braun. “As a result of a performance review, he decided to hang it up.“With that being said, we need to start searching for a new manager.”The conservation district voted unanimously to appoint Elk County Watershed Specialist Kim Bonfardine as the temporary interim district manager until they find a replacement.
