Doris A. Clausen

Doris A. Clausen, 95, of Erie, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Pleasant Ridge Manor West.
She was born in Erie on Feb. 23, 1917, daughter of the late Pierce and Grave Fullerton.
Doris was a homemaker, working at Marx Toys for five years. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting and was a former member of the VFW Post #470 Auxiliary. She enjoyed flower gardening and time with her grandpets.
She is survived by five sons, Robert (Christine) of Erie, Dan (Linda) of North Carolina, Albert of Lakeland, Fla., David of Florida and Richard (Kathy) of St. Marys; two daughters, Becky Fletcher of Missouri and Caroline Clausen of Nebraska; one sister, Caroline Kensill; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew J. Clausen; two sisters, Lillian and Edna; one brother, Robert; one daughter, Shirley; and three sons, Gilbert, Kenneth and Duane.
Funeral services for Doris A. Clausen will be held in Erie on Friday. Interment will be private.
