The St. Marys Area Flying Dutch soccer team was able to even the score once in Thursday afternoon's match with Port Allegany. When the Gators pulled ahead again, the Dutchmen put in a good effort to try to force overtime in the final seconds, but the goal was disallowed due to interference with the goalie and the Gators took the 2-1 victory.
