ECC has seen many changes over the past 50 years

Fifty years ago today, on Monday, Sept. 10, 1962, Elk County Christian High School officially opened its doors to students for the first time, replacing Central Catholic High School.
The newly constructed high school was under the direction of Headmaster Rev. Daniel J. Martin and boasted an enrollment of 725 students and a faculty of 40 teachers.
