ECCSS collects donations for Project Gifts for Elk County

On Friday, Dec. 6 the students throughout the Elk County Catholic School System brought a toy in as a donation for Project Gifts for Elk County. The program is run by volunteers who collect toys from many places in the surrounding area. These toys are then bundled, packaged, and prepared for children to receive. Students from the senior class were given the opportunity to assist with this program by helping to sort and wrap the donated toys at the Project Gifts headquarters in downtown St. Marys. Shown is Pa. State Police Trooper Bruce Morris and Bob Roberts of Project Gifts along with ECC sophomores who collected gifts from high school students, faculty, staff.
