Force resident faces vehicular assault charge

A Force man is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence for his alleged involvement in a December 2013 crash that occurred on state Route 255 in the area known as Zwack's dip.
James Michael Dunshie, 27, reportedly stated to police that he had been driving and that he had consumed one alcoholic beverage earlier that night. According to the affidavit of probable cause, Dunshie had a BAC of 0.188 approximately one hour after the crash. The crash resulted in serious injuries to the three passengers.
