Gerald Lee Dickey

Gerald Lee Dickey, 75, of 144 W. Theresia Rd., St. Marys, died Friday morning, Dec. 21, 2012 at his residence.
He was born Dec. 17, 1937 in Winslow Township, son of the late Charles and Nora Wayland Dickey.
On Nov. 8, 1958 he married Kathryn G. Armagost Dickey, who survives.
He was a 1955 graduate of Sykesville High School in Sykesville. He was a former employee of Speer Carbon of St. Marys, having retired after 43 years of service. He was also a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, St. Marys.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Kathy Armagost (David) of DuBois, Kimberly Dickey of DuBois, Kelly King (Brad) of Wishaw, and Kandy McDermitt (Charles) of Griffin, Ga.; a son, Brian Dickey of St. Marys; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Nelson Dickey (Hazel) of Erie; and a sister, Alice Shields (James) of Covode.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Luther Dickey; and a sister, Gloria Zellonis.
Funeral services for Gerald Lee Dickey will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 26 at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home in Reynoldsville. Officiating will be the Rev. Brad King.
Burial will follow in Syphrit Cemetery in Reynoldsville.
Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home in Reynoldsville.
